All payment is expected at the time of purchase.

We would prefer that you use PayPal if possible.  You don't need to have a
PayPal account in order to make a payment.  When you make your payment
through them they will give you the option of opening an account or not.

You may also pay with a bank check or a money order.

All orders will be shipped after payment has cleared.  Processing takes 1-3 days
and delivery 3-5 days.  This means you should receive your order in approx.
5-10 days of placing it.  If paying by bank check or money order your order will
not ship until I receive payment and it clears the bank.  This will add an additional
5-10 days.  If I don't receive your payment within 10 days of your order date the
order will be cancelled.  If I receive payment after that I will only fill the order if I
still have the items in stock.

6% Sales Tax will be added during checkout for all Connecticut residents.
Shipping
All shipping will be through the United States Post Office and will be sent First Class
Mail.  All Shipping costs include packaging materials, delivery confirmation and
insurance.  All shipping costs are in US dollars.

If you are not happy with your purchase there is a 21 Day Money Back Guarantee.  There is a
ten percent (10%) restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable. We must be
contacted by
E-Mail or Phone within three weeks (21) days of you receiving the Jewelry if you
are dissatisfied with your purchase to receive an RMA  (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number. The RMA number must be shown clearly on the outside of the package. The item(s)
must be received back by us within thirty (30) days of your having received the item(s)
according to the delivery confirmation receipt. It is probably fastest to Email Me to get approval
before mailing back merchandise. No item(s) maybe returned with out prior approval.

All item(s) must be returned in new condition in the same shipping container in which you
received your item(s) or an equivalent shipping container. Item(s) must be as well padded and
as protected as you received them. They must be shipped via a traceable delivery service
such as USPS Delivery Confirmation, UPS or FedEx. The item(s) must be insured or you wave
all rights to the refund depending on the condition we receive the returns goods which we
determine at our sole discretion. Bead loss, tarnish, fading or other marring is not covered
under the Guarantee. If there is a problem with the item damaged from shipment, we must be
contacted within 48 hours of you receiving your shipment, otherwise we are not responsible.

Failure to follow the above procedure will result in the package being returned to you as we
received it and no refund or exchange will be given.

If you will not be home around the time your order is expected to arrive and need us to hold off
on shipping for any reason, please let us know in the comment section of the order form at
checkout.
